Advent Art Commission

Art deepens our capacity to reflect. It evokes empathy. And it is part of who we are as creatures who were made in the image and likeness of God—the master Artisan. Join us this the words of scripture.

Submission of artwork in any medium is encouraged! Proposals for commissioned work are due November 9; commissions will be awarded November 15. Commissioned work is due November 29. Open call for all other work to be submitted November 29.

The opening reception will be held in the Artisan Church sanctuary on Friday, December 5th at 6:00 p.m. Following the reception, please join us for a film and discussion related to hope and despair in the City of Rochester.
